Complaints Procedure

Complaints help us ensure Approved Sellers comply with the NETCC and maintain the integrity of the program

We investigate complaints where Approved Sellers do not comply with the New Energy Tech Consumer Code and issue remedial actions or sanctions where appropriate. Suspensions and cancellations may occur after wilful, systemic and repetitive non-compliance.

Complaints Procedure

The Complaints Procedure describes the process by which a complaint against an Approved Seller can be made and how that complaint is then handled.
